Paxton has been with Tanya since he was 7 years old. He is now 15. Formerly a show horse, he came with a lot of issues, including trust issues. We have worked through them, and now he loves his lesson kids, but he's not too happy about having new siblings. Paxton is a first level dressage horse, has a western pleasure background from his youth and has been started on the barrel pattern. 

Gigi is owned by a very good friend of Tanya's from CT. She sent her down to Tanya so she had another horse to start her lesson program while Paxton was going through some lameness issues. Everyone that rides her loves her, but she is considered an advanced horse. Gigi does reining, first level dressage with some upper level movements, and is jumping 2'.

Jasper was an accidental purchase. A friend found him on craigslist and sent his ad to Tanya, who already had Paxton and Gigi. Unable to get him out of her mind, Tanya contacted the owner a few weeks later and to her surprise, he was still available! When Tanya went to look at him, he was very skinny and he was still a stallion at 4 years old. His old owner did what he could for him, but he was a cow person and did not know much about horses. He came home the next day and after some rehab time, he has joined the lesson program. Jasper is walk trot and green but learning quickly. he has started learning to canter and trotting small cross rails.

Oooops, she ...did it again! Like Jasper, Ryder was another accidental purchase. Tanya fell in love with him online when he was a weanling. He was being advertised by a paint breeder out of KY and no one wanted him because he didn't have spots. He has been home for a year now and Tanya has big eventing dreams for this boy! Ryder is learning to ground drive and knows how to carry a saddle and bridle. He wont be backed until the end of the year or early next year depending on how he fills out.
